ORDERS

We endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery via local registered mail.

All orders are final upon receipt of payment and shipment. However, you may make changes to your order before shipment by calling +65 8753 3651 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) or emailing us at info@10x.sg 

 

BULK & SPECIAL ORDERS

For large orders and quantities, self-collection, cash or cheque payments, please contact us directly at info@10x.sg. Payment and shipping terms shall be arranged later.

We accept the following payments in Singapore Dollar:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover Diner's Club)
  • Bank Transfer (To OCBC a/c no: 712-850270-001)

  • Cheque (Made Payable to “10x Capital Pte Ltd”)
  • NETS Terminal (In-Store Only)

Our company "10x Capital Pte Ltd" is NOT currently GST registered. Therefore, all products and services listed on this website are NOT subject to a Goods and Services Tax of 7% which would be included in the listed prices unless otherwise stated.

 

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

After an order has been placed and payment received, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice once your order is shipped. Unfortunately, tracking is not available.

We ship all our orders via Singpost Registered Mail which will take 2-3 working days to deliver upon shipping confirmation. All orders totalling under S$50 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $3, while free local shipping will be provided for orders totalling above S$50. 

Self-collection for orders placed on this website are not available.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders via our website are currently geo-restricted to Singapore only. If you are an overseas customer interested in purchasing any of our products, please email us directly at info@10x.sgShipping and payment terms shall be arranged later.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS & REFUNDS

All orders are final upon placement and payment. No cancellation, exchange, returns or refunds will be entertained unless due to product defect and approved by us.

Cancellation of orders and refunds can also occur due to supplier constraints and/or by our discretion. We apologise if this happens and your refund will be processed via Stripe, Bank Transfer or Cheque as soon as possible.

 

CARE & WARRANTY

Please read the instructions printed on our products before use. We are not responsible for any damage and/or injury caused due to misuse or improper usage of our products.

All of our products and services carry a 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defect only. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.
