Shipping and Delivery
eBOOK, eWORKBOOK & ONLINE-FULFILLED PRODUCTS
For all online-fulfilled products, your purchases will be delivered to you directly via email. If you have any issues accessing your item, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsatisfied with our product, a refund may be issued to you on a case-by-case basis based on the individual product policy.

ORDERS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We endeavour to ship your order within 5 working days upon receipt of payment. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery via local registered mail and up to 14 working days for registered airmail.
All orders are final upon receipt of payment and shipment. However, you may make changes to your order before shipment by calling +65 8753 3651 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) or emailing us at email@example.com
BULK & SPECIAL ORDERS
For large orders and quantities for physical products, self-collection, cash or cheque payments, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment and shipping terms shall be arranged later.
PAYMENTS & TAX
All our Online-Fulfilled Products are processed via Stripe, payments must be made with any major credit or debit card.
Otherwise, We accept the following payments in Singapore Dollar:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover Diner's Club)
- Bank Transfer (To OCBC a/c no: 712-850270-001)
- PayNow (UEN: 201827671K)
- Cheque (Made Payable to “10x Capital Pte Ltd”)

Our company "10x Capital Pte Ltd" is NOT currently GST registered. Therefore, all products and services listed on this website are NOT subject to a Goods and Services Tax of 7% which would be included in the listed prices unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE
After a physical product order has been placed and payment received, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice once your order is shipped. Tracking is available for all orders shipped by Singpost.
We ship all our orders via Singpost Registered Mail or Smartpac which will take 2-3 working days to deliver upon shipping confirmation. If you are not present at delivery, your order will be placed in your letterbox.
All orders totalling under S$100 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $10, while free local shipping will be provided for orders totalling above S$100.
Self-collection for orders placed on this website are not available, unless otherwise indicated or arranged.
All overseas orders will be shipped via Singpost Registered Mail. Please allow up to 14 working days for your package to be delivered after being shipped.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS & REFUNDS
All orders are final upon placement and payment. No cancellation, exchange, returns or refunds will be entertained unless due to product defect and approved by us.
Cancellation of orders and refunds can also occur due to supplier constraints and/or by our discretion. We apologise if this happens and your refund will be processed via Stripe, Bank Transfer or Cheque as soon as possible.
CARE & WARRANTY
Please read the instructions printed on our products before use. We are not responsible for any damage and/or injury caused due to misuse or improper usage of our products.
All of our products and services carry a 6 month local warranty against any manufacturer defect only. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.
